The LM5101A is a high-voltage gate driver for half-bridge and full-bridge configurations, capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs. It operates with supply voltage up to 100V (HB pin) and features 1.8-A peak source/sink current capability with a 100ns propagation delay. The device includes UVLO protection for both high-side and low-side drivers and is compatible with TTL inputs. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (MX), it is ideal for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and Class-D audio amplifiers requiring high-voltage gate drive with fast switching.
