LM5109BMAX/NOPB TI Gate Drivers
The LM5109B is a high-voltage gate driver for half-bridge and full-bridge configurations, capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs. It operates with supply voltage up to 90V (HB pin) and features 1A peak source/sink current capability. The device includes built-in bootstrap diode and provides adaptive shoot-through protection. Propagation delay is 40ns typical. The driver is suitable for synchronous buck and bridge converters requiring high-side and low-side drive. Selection is ideal for automotive and industrial motor drive and power supply applications. Applications include DC-DC converters, motor drive inverters for robotics, Class-D audio amplifiers, and synchronous rectification circuits requiring high-voltage gate drive.
