LM5111-1MX/NOPB TI Gate Drivers
The LM5111 is a dual high-speed gate driver with compound CMOS and bipolar outputs, providing 5-A sink and 3-A source peak current. It operates from a 3.5V to 14V supply and features TTL-compatible inputs, making it ideal for driving two N-channel MOSFETs in switch-mode power supplies . Propagation delay is 25ns typical, with rise/fall times of 14ns and 12ns respectively, driving a 2-nF load. The two channels can be connected in parallel to double the drive current. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (MX) , it is suitable for synchronous rectifier gate drivers, DC-DC converter gate drive, and motor/solenoid drivers.
