The LM5148RGYR is an 80V synchronous buck DC-DC controller from Texas Instruments in 24-pin VQFN (RGY) package, featuring dual random spread spectrum (DRSS) for EMI reduction. For selection, verify input from 3.5V to 80V, adjustable output from 0.8V to 55V (or fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V options), switching frequency from 100kHz to 2.2MHz, shutdown current of 2.3µA, no-load sleep current of 9.5µA, lossless DCR current sensing or shunt sensing, stackable up to two phases, 150°C maximum junction temperature, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
