The LM5164DDAR is a synchronous buck DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments in SOIC-8 (DDA) surface-mount package, featuring 6V to 100V ultra-wide input voltage range and 1A continuous output current. For selection, verify adjustable output from 1.2V to 90V using external resistors, 400kHz fixed switching frequency, integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs eliminating external diodes, COT control for fast transient response, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +150°C.
