LM66100DCKR TI Diode

The LM66100 is a single-channel ideal diode controller with integrated back-to-back MOSFETs. It operates from 1.5V to 5.5V. It features a low quiescent current (0.9 µA typical) and a 50 mV forward drop implementation. It replaces traditional Schottky diodes to reduce voltage drop and reverse leakage. Selection is ideal for power muxing and reverse polarity protection. Applications include battery backup circuits, power supply OR-ing, and handheld devices where minimizing voltage drop and maximizing battery efficiency are critical.
