The LM66200 is a dual ideal diode controller with integrated back-to-back MOSFETs for low-loss power OR-ing. It operates from 1.5V to 5.5V and features ultra-low quiescent current of 0.9µA typical. The device automatically switches between two input power sources, providing the higher voltage to the output with 50mV forward drop. Selection is optimal for battery-powered systems with dual power inputs. Applications include battery backup circuits, USB and battery power muxing, and primary/secondary power source selection in portable medical and IoT devices.
