LM73100RPWR TI Diode
The LM73100 is a 2.7-V to 23-V, 5.5-A ideal diode controller with integrated back-to-back MOSFETs, designed for reverse polarity protection and power OR-ing. It features a low 20-mΩ RDS(on), an enable pin, and soft-start for inrush current limiting. The device includes reverse current blocking, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection. Packaged in a 12-pin VQFN (RPW) (2.5 mm × 2 mm) with wettable flanks, it is ideal for portable and automotive power path management. Applications include battery backup circuits, power source selection, USB power muxing, and load switching in portable medical devices and industrial control systems.
