The LM74610QDGKRQ1 is an automotive-grade, zero-IQ (0 µA quiescent current) ideal diode controller designed for reverse polarity protection and OR-ing applications, qualified for AEC-Q100 . It drives an external N-channel MOSFET to emulate an ideal diode, providing significantly lower power dissipation than Schottky diodes or PFET solutions . The device features a reverse voltage rating of 45 V and fast response to reverse polarity conditions within 2 µs.
