The LM74800-Q1 is an automotive-grade ideal diode controller qualified for AEC-Q100, designed to drive back-to-back N-channel MOSFETs . It operates from a 3-V to 65-V input and provides reverse battery protection, load disconnect, and power OR-ing capability. The device features low reverse leakage and near-zero forward voltage drop, replacing traditional Schottky diodes to reduce power dissipation. It includes under-voltage lockout, overvoltage protection, and load-dump protection.
