LM74800QDRRRQ1 TI Diode
The LM74800-Q1 is an automotive-grade ideal diode controller qualified for AEC-Q100, designed to drive back-to-back N-channel MOSFETs . It operates from a 3-V to 65-V input and provides reverse battery protection, load disconnect, and power OR-ing capability. The device features low reverse leakage and near-zero forward voltage drop, replacing traditional Schottky diodes to reduce power dissipation. It includes under-voltage lockout, overvoltage protection, and load-dump protection. Packaged in a 12-pin WSON (DRR) (3 mm × 3 mm), the LM74800-Q1 is ideal for automotive power OR-ing, battery backup circuits, ECU power protection, and industrial controls requiring robust power path protection.
