LM75AIMX/NOPB TI Temperature Sensors

The LM75AIMX/NOPB is a digital temperature sensor from Texas Instruments in SOIC-8 surface-mount package, featuring I2C/SMBus interface and 9-bit resolution (0.5°C) with overtemperature shutdown output. For selection, verify supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, accuracy of ±2°C from -25°C to +100°C, quiescent current of 250µA typical, standby current of 1µA typical, three address pins allowing up to eight devices on the same bus, and operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C. Features include programmable over-temperature threshold (T_OS) and hysteresis, open-drain OS output for overtemperature indication, and power-up default for comparator mode.
