The LM76003 is a 60-V, 3.5-A synchronous step-down converter with low 15-µA quiescent current and wide 3.5-V to 60-V input range. It features DCS-Control™ for high efficiency and fast transient response, a 300-kHz to 2.2-MHz adjustable switching frequency, and internal compensation. Packaged in a 30-pin WQFN (RNP) (4.5 mm × 6 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial and automotive power systems. Applications include 24-V and 48-V distributed power systems, battery management systems (BMS), industrial sensors, and factory automation.
