The LM809 is a 3-pin voltage supervisor (reset IC) designed for supply monitoring, offering an active-low, push-pull reset output . It monitors a single voltage with a fixed threshold of 2.93 V (with accuracy ranging from 2.89 V to 2.96 V). The device operates from 1 V to 5.5 V, drawing only 100 µA (max) quiescent current. A 140-ms reset timeout delay ensures proper processor initialization after power-up.
