The LM94022 is an analog output temperature sensor with a gain of –5.5 mV/°C (negative slope) and a wide supply range of 1.5V to 5.5V. It features an accuracy of ±2.5°C max from –50°C to +150°C and consumes only 9 µA typical supply current. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70 (IMG), it is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors.
