LM94022BIMG/NOPB TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The LM94022BIMG/NOPB is an analog output temperature sensor with a gain of –5.5 mV/°C (negative slope) and a wide supply range of 1.5-V to 5.5-V . It features an accuracy of ±2.5°C maximum from –50°C to +150°C, with a sensing range of –50°C to +150°C . The device consumes only 9 µA typical supply current. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (IMG), it is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors. Applications include power supply thermal management, battery management systems, HVAC equipment, and portable medical devices requiring analog temperature sensing.
