The LMC6062 is a dual precision CMOS operational amplifier with ultra-low input bias current of 10-fA typical, operating from a 4.5-V to 15.5-V single supply (or ±2.25-V to ±7.75-V dual). It features a 100-kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.035-V/µs slew rate, with low offset voltage of 100-µV typical. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm). Ideal for high-impedance sensor amplification, the LMC6062 is suited for photodiode preamplifiers, ion chamber amplifiers, and medical instrumentation requiring extremely low input bias current.
