The LMC6081 is a precision CMOS single operational amplifier operating from a single 4.5V to 15V supply with rail-to-rail output swing . It features ultra-low input bias current of 10fA typical, low offset voltage of 150µV, and high voltage gain of 130dB . Gain-bandwidth product is 1.3MHz with slew rate of 1.5V/µs. The device includes input common-mode range that includes ground and is available in SOIC-8 package. Selection is ideal for precision circuits requiring extremely low input bias current. Applications include photodiode and infrared detector preamplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, sensor amplifiers for medical instruments (ECG/EEG), D/A converters, piezoelectric sensor charge amplifiers, and precision integrators for test equipment.
