The LMC7660IMX/NOPB is a charge-pump voltage converter from Texas Instruments in SOIC-8 package. It converts a positive input voltage (1.5 V to 10 V) to a corresponding negative output voltage (-1.5 V to -10 V). Features include high efficiency (>98%), low quiescent current, and the ability to cascade for higher negative voltages. Ideal for generating negative supplies for operational amplifiers, data converters, LCD bias, and portable instrumentation where an inductor-based converter is not desired.
