LMH3401IRMSR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The LMH3401IRMSR is an ultra-wideband fully differential amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a 7 GHz -3-dB bandwidth and an excellent slew rate of 18,000 V/µs. It offers fixed single-ended to differential voltage gain of 16 dB and provides best-in-class OIP3 performance (45 dBm at 200 MHz). The device supports single-supply or split-supply operation from 3.3 V to 5.0 V, draws 55 mA supply current, and includes a power-down feature for power savings. Second-order and third-order distortion performance is exceptional: -96 dBc (HD2) and -102 dBc (HD3) at 10 MHz. Housed in a 14-pin UQFN package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include RF/IF amplifiers, test and measurement equipment, broadband communications, high-speed data acquisition, and ADC driver circuits.
