The LMH6643 is a dual, low-power, high-speed operational amplifier with 140-MHz bandwidth and 130-V/µs slew rate, operating from a 2.7-V to 12.8-V single supply. It features rail-to-rail output, 100-mA output current drive, and an input common-mode voltage that extends to the negative rail. Quiescent current is 3.3 mA per channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, the LMH6643 is ideal for portable video and communications applications. Applications include video line drivers for portable equipment, cable drivers for high-resolution displays, and high-speed test instrumentation requiring wide bandwidth, low power, and rail-to-rail output.
