The LMP7707 is a single precision CMOS operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output, operating from a 2.7-V to 12-V single supply (or ±1.35-V to ±6-V dual). It features a 15-MHz gain-bandwidth product, 5.1-V/µs slew rate, and ultra-low input bias current of 200 fA. Input offset voltage is 50 µV typical. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (MFX) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for high-impedance sensor interfaces. Applications include photodiode amplifiers, pH probes, gas sensors, and portable medical instrumentation requiring extremely low input bias current and rail-to-rail performance.
