LMR23610ADDAR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The LMR23610 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter delivering 1A from a 4.5V to 36V input. It features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs for high efficiency up to 95%. The device includes peak current-mode control with internal compensation, adjustable switching frequency up to 2.2MHz, and a force-PWM mode for constant frequency operation. Built-in protection includes current limiting, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. Selection is ideal for industrial and automotive 12V/24V battery systems requiring compact size.
