The LMR33630A-Q1 is an automotive-grade SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter qualified for AEC-Q100. It operates from a 3.8-V to 36-V input and delivers up to 3-A output current with an adjustable output from 1 V to 24 V. The device integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs with a 400-kHz switching frequency, providing efficiency up to 95% at 12-V to 5-V conversion. It includes integrated compensation, soft-start, precision enable for programmable UVLO, and a power-good flag. Packaged in a 12-pin VQFN (RNX) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, the LMR33630A is ideal for electric vehicle power distribution, industrial sensors, battery management systems, and automotive infotainment.
