It integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs with a 400-kHz switching frequency, providing efficiency up to 95% at 12-V to 5-V conversion. The device includes integrated compensation, soft-start, and precision enable for programmable UVLO. Packaged in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD (DDA) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for industrial and automotive battery systems.
