The LMR33630 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter operating from 3.8V to 36V input and delivering up to 3A output current . It features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs with 400kHz switching frequency, providing high efficiency up to 95% at 12V to 5V conversion . The device includes integrated compensation, soft-start, and precision enable for programmable UVLO. Peak current-mode control provides excellent line and load regulation. Packaged in 8-pin SO PowerPAD for excellent thermal performance. Automotive temperature range is -40°C to 125°C . Selection is ideal for industrial and automotive power supplies requiring wide input range and 3A output. Applications include 12V/24V industrial distributed power, factory automation, automotive infotainment, telecom equipment, and battery-powered systems requiring high efficiency.
