It features a 2.1 MHz switching frequency, 14 µA operating quiescent current, PFM mode for light-load efficiency, and includes a power-good output. Packaged in a 9-pin VQFN-HR (RPE) (2 mm × 2 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial and automotive 24 V/48 V battery systems.
