LMR36520ADDAR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The LMR36520 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous step-down converter delivering up to 2-A output current from a 4.2-V to 65-V input (transient protection to 70 V), with an adjustable output from 1 V to 28 V . It features a 400-kHz fixed switching frequency, 26-µA operating quiescent current, PFM mode for light-load efficiency, and a power-good output with filtering. The device is pin-compatible with the LMR36510 (1-A), enabling scalable designs. Packaged in an 8-pin HSOIC (DDA) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial 24-V and automotive 12-V/48-V battery systems, electric vehicle power distribution, industrial sensors, and battery management systems.
