LMR38020SDDAR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The LMR38020 is a synchronous step-down converter operating from 4.2V to 80V input and delivering up to 2A output current. It features low quiescent current of 40µA in sleep mode, making it suitable for always-on industrial and automotive systems. The device integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs and supports switching frequencies from 200kHz to 2.2MHz, allowing optimization between efficiency and solution size. Built-in protection includes current limiting, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection with hiccup mode. The LMR38020 features spread spectrum frequency modulation for reduced EMI.
