The LMR50410X is a 1-A synchronous step-down (buck) converter with a wide input voltage range of 4 V to 36 V, operating over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C . It features a 700-kHz fixed switching frequency, 98% maximum duty cycle, integrated synchronous rectification, and internal compensation for ease of use. The "X" suffix denotes the PFM (power-save) version for high light-load efficiency. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), this SIMPLE SWITCHER® device is ideal for power conditioning from an unregulated 12-V, 24-V, or 48-V industrial supply.
