The LMR51606 is a 0.6-A synchronous step-down converter operating from a 4-V to 36-V input, providing an adjustable output from 0.8 V to 35 V. It integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs, features a 1.1-MHz switching frequency, and requires no external compensation. The device includes Eco-mode for high light-load efficiency and typical quiescent current of 29 μA. Built-in protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown.
