LMT84LP TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The LMT84 is an analog output temperature sensor with a 10µA typical supply current, operating from 1.5V to 5.5V supply . It features an analog voltage output inversely proportional to temperature with a -5.5mV/°C typical gain. The device offers ±0.4°C typical accuracy from 0°C to 85°C, with an operating temperature range of -50°C to 150°C. The LMT84 is housed in a through-hole TO-92-3 package and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Its low power consumption and small package make it suitable for battery-powered and space-constrained designs. Selection is ideal for cost-effective analog temperature sensing requiring wide temperature range. Applications include power supply thermal management, battery management systems, HVAC equipment, automotive climate control, industrial process monitoring, and consumer electronics.
