LMT85LP TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The LMT85 is an analog temperature sensor with 10mV/°C negative slope, operating from 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It features ±0.4°C typical accuracy from 0°C to 85°C, with sensing range of -50°C to +150°C. The device consumes 5.4µA typical supply current and features low thermal mass for fast response. The negative output slope allows sharing the same supply with other circuits without requiring level shifting. Selection is ideal for cost-sensitive temperature sensing with analog output in portable electronics. Applications include power supply thermal monitoring, HVAC equipment, industrial process control, automotive climate control, and consumer electronics requiring accurate, low-power temperature measurement in through-hole TO-92S package.
