LMT87DCKR TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The LMT87 is a precision CMOS temperature sensor with analog output voltage inversely proportional to temperature at -13.6mV/°C gain. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V supply with 5.4µA quiescent current and accuracy of ±0.4°C typical (±2.7°C max). Operating temperature range is -50°C to 150°C. Output is short-circuit protected with push-pull drive capability. Selection is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors. Applications include power supply thermal management, HVAC equipment, automotive climate control, industrial process monitoring, and battery management systems.
