LMV225SD/NOPB TI RF Detectors
The LMV225 is a 1.8-GHz RF power detector with a 40-dB dynamic range, designed for GSM, CDMA, and WCDMA power amplifier control. It features a logarithmic response, low power consumption of 2.3mA typical, and includes an enable pin for power savings. The device operates from a 2.7V to 5V supply and provides an output voltage proportional to the input power in dBm. The detection range is –15dBm to +25dBm with ±1dB accuracy. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (SD) (2.2mm × 2.5mm), it is ideal for cellular phones, wireless LAN, and portable RF equipment requiring accurate transmit power monitoring and closed-loop power control.
