LMV431ACM5X/NOPB TI Voltage Reference
The LMV431A is a precision low-voltage adjustable shunt voltage reference with 1% initial tolerance . It provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.24 V to 30 V using two external resistors, operating over a 45-µA to 20-mA current range. The device features 20-ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low output dynamic impedance, requiring no external capacitor for stability. The LMV431A is functionally similar to a low-voltage zener diode and is stable with capacitive loads greater than 50 pF . Commercial temperature range is 0°C to 70°C. Selection is ideal for low-voltage error amplifiers and comparator circuits in commercial applications. Applications include 3-V to 2.7-V low-dropout regulators, error amplifiers in switching regulators, voltage detectors, current limiters, and precision reference circuits.
