LMV431BIMF/NOPB TI Voltage Reference
The LMV431B is a low-voltage, adjustable precision shunt regulator with an output voltage range from 1.24 V to 30 V, set by two external resistors. It operates over a 45-µA to 15-mA cathode current range and features a 20-ppm/°C typical temperature drift. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (IMF) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for low-power, battery-operated, and portable applications. Applications include adjustable voltage references for LDOs, error amplifiers in switching power supplies, and voltage monitoring circuits.
