The LMX2572RHAR is a high-performance, low-power, integrated wideband RF synthesizer with phase-locked loop (PLL) and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), covering an output frequency range from 20 MHz to 6.4 GHz . It features –110 dBc/Hz phase noise at 100-kHz offset, FSK modulation capability, fast lock time, and includes phase synchronization and JESD204B support . The device operates from a 3.3-V supply and includes programmable output power. Packaged in a 40-pin VQFN (RHA), this synthesizer is ideal for wireless infrastructure (small cells, base stations), test and measurement equipment, software-defined radios (SDRs), and radar systems requiring low phase noise and wide frequency coverage .
