The LMZ14203H is a 3 A, 42 V SIMPLE SWITCHER® power module with integrated inductors, MOSFETs, and compensation, operating from a 6 V to 42 V input and providing an adjustable output from 2.5 V to 24 V. It features a 400 kHz fixed switching frequency, up to 95% efficiency, and includes a power-good output, UVLO, overcurrent, and thermal protection. Packaged in a 7-pin TO-263 (TZX) (10.16 mm × 8.89 mm) surface-mount module, it simplifies power supply design. Applications include industrial and automotive 24 V/48 V battery systems, electric vehicle power distribution, factory automation, and sensors requiring a small, easy-to-use 3 A power solution.
