The LMZ31520 is a 20-A, 14.5-V synchronous step-down power module with integrated inductors, MOSFETs, and compensation, operating from a 2.95-V to 14.5-V input. It features a 250-kHz to 750-kHz adjustable switching frequency, DCS-Control™ for fast transient response, and includes a power-good output, UVLO, overcurrent, and thermal protection. Packaged in a 72-pin BQFN (RLG) (15 mm × 15 mm), it simplifies power supply design. Applications include industrial and automotive point-of-load (POL) conversion, high-density FPGA and ASIC power, and data center equipment.
