LP2985A-50DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LP2985 is a low-noise, low-dropout regulator providing 150-mA output with a fixed 5.0 V output, operating from 2.2 V to 16 V input. It features 30-µVRMS output noise with 75-dB PSRR at 1 kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive RF and audio circuits. The device consumes 850-µA typical quiescent current and includes a shutdown mode drawing <1 µA. Dropout voltage is 280 mV typical at 150 mA. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for noise-sensitive portable applications requiring clean 5 V.
