The LP2985AIM5-5.0/NOPB is a 150-mA ultra-low-dropout linear regulator from Texas Instruments in 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package , providing fixed 5.0 V output with high accuracy. For selection, verify input from 5.5 V to 16 V, fixed 5.0 V output with ±0.5% accuracy at 25°C (A grade), dropout of 280 mV typical at 150 mA, quiescent current of 71 µA typical, shutdown current of 0.05 µA typical, enable pin, output noise of 30 µVrms (with 10-nF bypass capacitor), overcurrent and thermal protection, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
