LP2985AIM5X-5.0/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LP2985 is a low-noise, low-dropout regulator providing 150mA output with fixed 5.0V output, operating from 2.2V to 16V input. It features 30µVRMS output noise with 75dB PSRR at 1kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive RF and audio circuits. The device consumes 850µA typical quiescent current and includes shutdown mode drawing <1µA. Dropout voltage is 280mV typical at 150mA. The LP2985 is stable with 2.2µF ceramic capacitor and includes current limiting and thermal protection. Packaged in SOT-23-5. Selection is ideal for noise-sensitive portable applications requiring clean 5V.
