LP2992AIM5X-3.3/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LP2992 is a 250mA low-noise low-dropout linear regulator with a fixed 3.3V output, operating from a 2.5V to 16V input. It features ultra-low dropout of 0.6V at 250mA, 85µA quiescent current, and 1µA in shutdown. Output noise is 30µVRMS typical, with high PSRR of 68dB at 1kHz. Output accuracy is ±1.5% over temperature. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for noise-sensitive portable applications. Applications include RF power supplies for wireless transceivers, audio codec power, and sensor supplies in portable medical devices requiring clean, low-noise 3.3V.
