LP2998MRX/NOPB TI Special Purpose Regulators

The LP2998 is a linear regulator specifically designed to terminate DDR memory buses. It generates VTT (half of VDDQ) and VREF for DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, and DDR3L. It sinks and sources up to 1.5A of continuous current. It requires only 3.3V and VDDQ input voltages. It features a high slew rate and low output voltage offset. Selection is standard for memory terminations. Applications include desktop motherboards, servers, and graphic cards requiring stable SSTL (Stub Series Terminated Logic) termination rails.
