LP38798SDX-ADJ/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LP38798-ADJ is a high-performance, adjustable low-dropout regulator sourcing up to 800 mA, with an output range from 1.2 V to 19.8 V . It operates from a wide input of 3 V to 20 V, offering ultra-low output noise of 5 µVRMS and a high PSRR of 90 dB at 10 kHz and 60 dB at 100 kHz. Dropout is very low (200 mV typical at 800 mA), and it is stable with ceramic or tantalum output capacitors as low as 1 µF. Initial output accuracy is ±1% at 25°C. Packaged in a 12-pin WSON, it is designed for sensitive RF/Analog circuitry and post-regulation applications. Uses include VCO, PLL, and ADC power supplies in test and measurement equipment.
