The LP3982 is a 300mA low-dropout regulator providing fixed 3.0V output, operating from 2.5V to 6V input. It features low dropout voltage of 150mV typical at 300mA load and excellent PSRR of 65dB at 1kHz. The device consumes 260µA typical quiescent current and 1µA in shutdown mode. Output noise is 50µVRMS typical, making it suitable for noise-sensitive RF applications. Packaged in 8-pin VSSOP. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and portable applications requiring low noise and low dropout for 3.0V output.
