It features a maximum dropout voltage of 100 mV at full load (180 mV max), an output noise of 30 µVRMS, and a typical PSRR of 50 dB at 1 kHz . Quiescent current is low in shutdown (≤ 1.5 µA). The device includes thermal shutdown and short-circuit current limit .
