The LP5907-Q1 is an automotive-grade low-noise LDO qualified for AEC-Q100, delivering 250 mA with fixed 3.0 V output from a 2.2 V to 5.5 V input. It features ultra-low output noise of 6.5 µVRMS and high PSRR of 90 dB at 1 kHz, making it ideal for RF powering. Quiescent current is 20 µA typical with 1 µA in shutdown. Dropout voltage is 80 mV typical at 250 mA. Selection is optimal for noise-sensitive analog circuits in automotive applications. Applications include RF power supplies for Bluetooth/WiFi chips, audio codec power, and low-noise sensors in automotive infotainment and telematics systems.
