LP5912-0.9DRVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LP5912 is a 500-mA low-noise linear regulator (LDO) with a fixed 0.9-V output, operating from a 2.5-V to 6.5-V input. It features ultra-low output noise of 6.5 µVRMS and high PSRR of 90 dB at 1 kHz, making it ideal for RF powering. Quiescent current is 20 µA typical, with 1 µA in shutdown, and dropout voltage is 80 mV at 250 mA and 160 mV at 500 mA. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (DRV) (2 mm × 2 mm) with PowerPAD, it is optimal for noise-sensitive analog circuits. Applications include RF power supplies for WiFi and Bluetooth chips, audio codec power, and low-noise sensor supplies for high-performance ADCs.
