LP5912-1.2DRVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)
The LP5912 is a 500mA low-noise LDO with fixed 1.2V output, operating from 2.5V to 6.5V input. It features ultra-low output noise of 6.5µVRMS and high PSRR of 90dB at 1kHz, making it ideal for RF powering. Quiescent current is 20µA typical with 1µA in shutdown. Dropout voltage is 80mV typical at 250mA and 160mV at 500mA. The device includes enable and power-good output for supply sequencing. Selection is optimal for noise-sensitive analog circuits requiring 500mA capability. Applications include RF power supplies for WiFi and Bluetooth chips, audio codec power, low-noise sensor supplies, and power for high-performance ADCs in portable devices.
